Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. The shipping cost varies from product to product.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 8 - 20  business days

Oceania: 10 - 20 business days

Europe: 10- 20 business days

Other countries: 11 - 30 business days

At the moment (April '21) we are having some issues with the shipping due to COVID-19 so you may experience delays in your shipment. Please note that these delays are temporary and we're working to fix every issue!

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you will receive notification from us via email providing you the tracking number.

To track your order, simply go to our "Track Your Order" page!
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays
